Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to inspect the product promptly while the courier is present. Should you wish to initiate a refund or exchange, you have the option to return the item immediately to the courier.

Please note that once the courier departs from your location, we regret that we are unable to facilitate any further refunds or exchanges, except in cases of a visible manufacturing defect, although such instances are exceedingly rare.

Additionally, please be informed that during sale periods, items purchased at a discounted price are ineligible for exchanges or refunds.

Unfortunately, we can't accommodate partial acceptance or rejection of items once they've been delivered. When the courier arrives, you'll need to either accept the entire order or choose to return the entire order if there's an issue.
