If your purchase isn’t quite right, here’s what you can do:

1. Check Upon Delivery: You’re welcome to inspect your items while the delivery person is present. If anything is wrong, you can return the items immediately. However, return shipping costs will be at your expense.

2. Partial Returns: If your order contains multiple items, you can return only part of it. Simply coordinate with the delivery person or our shipping company.

3. Return Window: You have 3 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange, subject to approval.

4. Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.

5. Sale Items: Items purchased at a discounted price during sales are ineligible for exchanges or refunds once the courier has left.
